Car park management has become a very cost effective solution to eliminate unauthorised parking. Nowadays people park cars causing obstruction to fellow motorists, pedestrians and in a lot of cases the emergency services. S-Security Car park management services are the solution to this ever increasing problem.

How It Works:
On request of this service our operations manager will visit our clients’ premises to discuss their needs and requirements. This is then followed by the completion of a site survey, choosing key locations to erect information/warning signs indicating that it is an offense to park in this area and clamping is in operation. Signage will be clearly and visibly erected and located throughout the area in which parking shall be restricted to, as is required by law. All signage will be identified to our company and this removes any involvement of our customer. Regular patrols are carried out of the area/car park and any offending cars are fitted with a wheel clamp and window sticker which includes contact details for S-Security for the purposes of clamp removal. Our client can also contact our 24 hour control centre and upon request our nearest patrol can be dispatch to attend to any offenders. VAT receipts are issued upon receipt of payment and any appeals are dealt with by our operations manager.

We also can supply our clients with parking permits for their staff. Some clients have their own system in place and we can continue to use this same. Priority is given to lone females and adults with young children and we have a response time of a maximum of 15 minutes. This method of car park management is a sensitive issue and we carry out this service with absolute professionalism and discretion.
